Load Images via OpenFileDialog :

Load Images via Clipboard : 
PictureBox1.SizeMode() = PictureBoxSizeMode.Zoom
PictureBox1.Image() = Clipboard.GetImage()

Load Images From Resource : 
PictureBox1.Image = My.Resources.<Name_of_res_file>
